About Me

Hello! I'm Kelsey Malecha and I am thrilled to be an advocate of better and brighter financial futures for everybody! Throughout life I have always been interested in personal financial management and adamant to those in my realm of influence about using the proper financial tools. The minute I turned 18, I opened a TDWaterhouse (now TDAmeritrade) online stock trading account...I was so excited to start a strong financial foundation that could benefit me for the rest of my life.
Now I am making it my mission in life to help others become financially literate. The most important message that I want want everybody to know is that it does not matter your what your background is, what education level you have obtained, or how much money you make, the truth that I would like to share with you is that everybody can better their financial situation.
My friend, Sam Renick, who has published children's books that teach about saving and character education, has taught me (and many others) that "saving makes you strong." Saving does make you feel and be strong, especially in the event of an emergency, such as an illness or a natural disaster. Saving also provides individuals with the means to have more freedom, independence, and choices. When people are able to set small (and sometimes large) financial goals, they are able to make their dreams come true, they have more choices in life, and they are strong!
